You know the price before we start, and you see working software every week.
We map the problem together and put a number on it. You get a written spec, a timeline, and a fixed price — before any code is written.
Every week you click through working software, not slide decks. Course corrections happen early, while they're cheap.
We deploy, document, and hand over the keys. You own the code and the infrastructure. We stay on for fixes and the next version.
You talk to the engineers writing your code. There's no account manager, because there's nothing to manage between us.
We take on a few projects at a time, so the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Our code is how we introduce ourselves — github.com/sopleb
Scoping produces a fixed quote: a written spec, a timeline, and a number that doesn't move unless the scope does. You'll have all three before any code is written, and the scoping call costs nothing.
You do — the repositories, the infrastructure, the documentation, all of it. Full handover is part of shipping, not an extra.
We take on a few projects at a time, so it depends on what's in flight. Send the form below and you'll get an honest answer about the next opening within a business day.
Usually, yes. We start by reading it, then give you a fixed quote for the work — same as any other project. If the honest answer is that a rebuild is cheaper, we'll say so.
The spec and the price get re-cut together, in writing, before the work changes. Weekly demos mean changes surface early — while they're still cheap.
Two or three plain sentences are plenty. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call.
