Sopleb Code
SOPLEB CODE — SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

We build the software your operation runs on.

Sopleb Code is a small team of senior engineers shipping dashboards, mobile apps, and billing systems for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets. Fixed price before any code. Working software every week. The people you email are the people who build it.

01BUILD LOG

Recent work

Three representative builds. Client names are changed to protect confidentiality — the work and outcomes are real.

CASE 01FOUNDRY

METAL FABRICATION
1 DAY → 30 MIN

Next.js · Postgres · Stripe

An inventory and quoting platform. Live stock counts replaced the spreadsheet; quotes are generated from real material costs.

A quote that took a day now takes thirty minutes.

CASE 02CADENCE

FIELD SERVICE
1 CODEBASE → 2 PLATFORMS

React Native · Expo · Node

A dispatch and scheduling app for a field-service crew — iOS and Android from a single codebase.

Every job, route, and proof photo — from any phone in the van.

CASE 03LEDGER

USAGE-BASED BILLING
RECONCILED TO $0.01

Rust · Postgres · Stripe

A usage-based billing engine with an admin console. It meters events, runs invoices on a schedule, and flags every discrepancy.

Invoices metered, scheduled, and reconciled to the cent.

NAMES CHANGED. NUMBERS REAL.
02WHAT WE BUILD

Four things, done properly

Most projects combine two or three of them into one working product.

SVC-01

Web applications

Dashboards, marketplaces, and the internal tools your team lives in all day — running in the browser and feeling instant.

NEXT.JS · REACT · POSTGRES

SVC-02

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, shipped to both stores and kept current.

REACT NATIVE · EXPO

SVC-03

APIs & backends

The services and data models behind everything else, built to hold under load and stay legible.

RUST · NODE · POSTGRES

SVC-04

Tools & automation

Admin panels and scripts that take repetitive work off your team's plate.

PYTHON · WORKERS

03HOW A PROJECT RUNS

Three phases. No black box.

You know the price before we start, and you see working software every week.

  1. PHASE 01

    Scope

We map the problem together and put a number on it. You get a written spec, a timeline, and a fixed price — before any code is written.

  2. PHASE 02

    Build

Every week you click through working software, not slide decks. Course corrections happen early, while they're cheap.

  3. PHASE 03

    Ship

We deploy, document, and hand over the keys. You own the code and the infrastructure. We stay on for fixes and the next version.

04WORKING WITH US

What you can hold us to

You talk to the engineers writing your code. There's no account manager, because there's nothing to manage between us.

We take on a few projects at a time, so the people who scope your project are the people who build it.

Our code is how we introduce ourselves — github.com/sopleb

  • C-01Tested and documented by default
  • C-02You own 100% of the code
  • C-03Full handover — repos, infrastructure, docs
  • C-04An honest no if we're not the right fit
05FAQ

Fair questions

Q-01What does a project cost?

Scoping produces a fixed quote: a written spec, a timeline, and a number that doesn't move unless the scope does. You'll have all three before any code is written, and the scoping call costs nothing.

Q-02Who owns the code?

You do — the repositories, the infrastructure, the documentation, all of it. Full handover is part of shipping, not an extra.

Q-03How soon can we start?

We take on a few projects at a time, so it depends on what's in flight. Send the form below and you'll get an honest answer about the next opening within a business day.

Q-04We already have a codebase. Can you take it over?

Usually, yes. We start by reading it, then give you a fixed quote for the work — same as any other project. If the honest answer is that a rebuild is cheaper, we'll say so.

Q-05What happens when scope changes mid-project?

The spec and the price get re-cut together, in writing, before the work changes. Weekly demos mean changes surface early — while they're still cheap.

06 — START A PROJECT

Tell us what you're trying to ship.

Two or three plain sentences are plenty. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call.
